Learn how to design an armhole to fit YOUR body, then pick up and knit a perfect set-in sleeve from the top down -- no unsightly seams! Bonus: Use short rows to shape your sweater shoulders neatly, and to avoid those nasty stairsteps!
Project
In this class, you will make a strange looking sweater shoulder and sleeve. Homework must be completed prior to the class.
Materials
- Yarn – 50 grams of smooth, light colored worsted weight yarn.
- Needles – U.S. size 7 (4.5 mm) 24” circular or straight needles
- Stitch markers
- Stitch holders
- Safety pins
- Crochet hook – U.S. size G (4.25 mm) or U.S. size H (5 mm)
HOMEWORK (must be completed before class)
